If there are people in your life that you have not forgiven for some past deed then this week’s session is for you. Forgiveness is often presented as a complicated relationship issue, and for many people it can feel this way. In this session we examine how forgiveness is based on simply seeing our anger and resentment clearly. It is all about us and not about them. We will also explore how forgiveness is like cutting the chain that keeps us linked to, and suffering in the past. Ultimately there is no us and them, and if we don’t believe the angry and resenting thoughts then forgiveness naturally occurs. If we leave the mind alone it will come into balance and harmony on its own.
