Accepting fear to be Fearless: Mindfulness of Thoughts #10

In this video we examine how fear (or any mind state actually including unhappiness) arises in the mind and body, and the role that thoughts play in this. We will go on to look at how the narrative about what is seen as fearful keeps us trapped in a fearful state, and how accepting the fear causes it to dissolve. Fear and the awareness that fear is present cannot co-exist, so our primary job is to be aware of our inner state in each moment no matter what is present.
