This talk will explore how this dukkha is a natural part of living as a human being, and how this recognition can be freeing and bring joy to our lives. We know that resisting and trying to control the events our lives doesn’t work, and this leave us wondering how best to relate to the suffering and pain that naturally arises in our lives. We will examine this sense of our experience and how we can relate to it skillfully and mindfully.
